The CIC is closely associated with the Trust. “The Inter-Link Capability Model” ILCM bridges the gap - and gives you a road map to ramp-up what you do, and even if you don’t want to grow, it’s there to make life easier and give you confidence in what you do. The model is a process rather than a construct, designed to foster continuous improvement and develop and embed a culture of organisational learning across the sector.
