Contracting Staff and Secondment Opportunities

Often Voluntary and Community Organisations need extra capacity and don’t want to have to go through the rigmarole of recruiting a new member of staff.

It’s long winded, time consuming, costly and risky.

Sometimes you may need skills which your organisation currently doesn’t have – but you only need those skills for a short time – and quickly.

Sometimes you just want the job done by someone who is reliable with a track record and are nervous about contracting or employing someone you don’t know.

The Solution

These concerns, and more, can be solved by working with PCDT where you can buy-in the assistance of a senior level manager with many years experience in the voluntary and community sector at a very competitive rate.

How does it work?

Just make contact using the details below.  Once we’ve both agreed that using the services of PCDT is appropriate for you, a rate is worked up and an agreement/contract is put together in collaboration with both you and PCDT.

Once this is agreed and signed by both parties then work can commence.
